You provide us with the field measurements. We can send you a short checklist of the information needed. This might take thirty to forty minutes and can easily save you $700 or more.

After we assess the field material you send, a contract and digital invoice for the retaining fee will be sent.

We invoice half of the total amount as a retaining fee, and the balance when we are ready to email your plans.

The floor plans are 18 cents per square foot, for areas over 2,500 square feet. Each project is reviewed for the scope of information required and complexity.

We will draw the floor plan and email you both PDF and DWG files (“CAD files”). The floor plans can be either Imperial, with 1/4″ = 1′-0″ being standard, or metric.

The same terms apply for the site plans. The site plans start at $150 USD.

The time spent collecting field data might take fifteen minutes.
