5 Car Garage with 500 Square Feet of shop provides an ideal storage and work environment for your cars. These are ready-to-use, full scale, building plans.
There are five standard-sized 10’x20′ parking spaces, behind the parking is a 10’x50′ shop area. The building is 30×50 feet.
The ceiling height is 12′-0″, so you can fit an 11′-0″ high door if desired, however 10′-0″ doors are specified in the plans.
There is a man door at the side, and one 3040 window for each bay, along the back wall.
The wall height is below what would typically require engineering.
We can provide a plan to turn one of the bays into a micro-apartment, or office , if desired.
Modifications and custom design are also available.
